For me, this has to be one of the best parts of the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. I can eat what I want, when I want and not worry about gaining weight as long as I pair my food correctly! That means I can have homemade whipped cream on my s- pancakes, for snack in the afternoon, or on anything that falls in the "S" meals category!
It's so delicious that my husband even loves it and tries to eat it with everything!

Trim Healthy Mama friendly Whipped Cream
1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/8 cup of xylitol
1/2 ts vanilla
Whip it together in your electric mixer until it becomes thick in consistency. Don't go too long or you'll start making butter haha!
